Stages for utility requests
1. Written request of applicant by sending to programming and production unit
2. Registration in secretariat and sending to applicants affairs
3. Inquiry final condition of debit from financial unit.
4. Introducing applicant to related organizations after approval of establishment certificate of applicant
All above stages, if all conditions met, will be done less than 1 hour.
