Conditions for transform
1- Sending written request about name changing from present applicant to applicants affairs unit.
2- Sending physical promotion report which is written by supervisor
3- Approval of physical promotion by technical expert.
4- Presentation of new establishment license or changed name in the name of new applicant.
5- Presentation of main and reconstructed documents of person or company.
6- Signing guaranties and new procuration in registered office by new applicant.
7- Paying cost of moving and transfer presenting the settled receipt.
8- Declaring the debt and reckoning the parts of future due date.
9- Change the bill of exchange or checks of future due date in financial affairs.
10- Inquiry from service provider bank
11- Opinion of legal unit
12- Adjustment of move and transfer record and signing it by current and new applicant.  
13- Delivery of contract booklet for inserting the move and transform.
14- Presenting the record of rename to financial unit for inserting in system.
