Tax Exemption
All of towns and industrial areas in Khouzestan have these privileges:
- According to point of 132 of tax, feasible tax in 1381 some productive and mineral units in co operational and private sectors will have tax exemption from 4 years (%89) to 10 years (%100) from part of 105 of this rule:
- Factories located in Ahwaz which transfer their facilities to industrial towns can have tax exemption from utilization date about 5 years.
