1- Written request about issuing the ownership deed to programming and production affairs unit
2- Record in secretariat and return to applicants’ affairs.
3- Presenting utilization and building work termination license to applicants’ affairs unit.
4- Control of cash payment by financial unit
5- Control of payment of all bill of exchanges and checks by financial unit.
6- Control of charge right payment by financial unit.
7- Financial confirmation about no debt and return it to applicants affairs.
8- Presenting work termination of building to applicants affairs.
9- Communicate with service provider bank about agreement for issuing the deed in the name of applicant by expert of applicants unit.
10- Presenting bank's agreement letter
11- Completion of settlement form
12- Issuing the document
